The Snap:

Conceal ability: 5
I rated the conceability at a 5, it could have been a bit higher but I penalized it for the snap/clip that does stick out a bit. Under a cover garment it could be taken for a pager or something else worn on the belt, but for my needs of concealment it was just a bit too much.
Gun Fit: 10
This holster is molded for the gun that you request, they will actually make the holster unless it is in stock.
Gun Retension: 6
Very good retention so far, but that goes hand in hand with breaking in new leather, in time it will move like butter, however bear in mind that IWB holsters are not known for their retension settings.
Firing Grip /Draw: 8
Natural grip and draw from this holster, the holster does not move on the belt in the least.
Comfort: 6
Very comfortable, more so as this was with a 'compact' firearm. The lower rating is due to my mental level of comfort as I am not a big fan of the snap, which made me a bit self conscious with the holster on.
Final result (7)
Other notes:
(Secondary notes): The Mitch Rosen's express line of holsters are one of the ways that you can obtain a holster from Mitch with a higher turnaround that the full line of deluxe holsters. The differences are that as we see the holster is unlined and your wait time is 3 weeks+ instead of 6 months+. I was also able to speak directly with Mitch and with his staff and they are more than helpful. Its comforting to have actual customer service in the industry. Hats off to you Mitch.
For a better idea of how the snap sticks out here is the same view of looking down my hip concealed and exposed:
