Bond all the way. Bourne scampers about the globe like a frantic drama queen, pursued by shadowy remnants of his past. Bond would be one of those, except Bond would win.

Bond surrounded by 3 henchmen or villains = 4 minutes of pointless conversation and a significant plot detail that allows him the ability to thwart the larger plan. He waits, uses a nifty gadget –offers up a scripted pun and moves on.

Bourne surrounded by 3 henchmen or villains = 40 seconds of badassery and 3 free guns. The last 10 seconds of which he extracts the information needed for him to move to the next target or phase of his mission.
