View Full Version : No Wonder my Remington 11 Wasn't Running

I brought my Remington 11 out to see how the Primary Arms MD-02 would take the recoil of a recoil based shotgun. The sight still works but I have no idea if it zeros. The Shotgun on the other hand didn't run for balls and I think I figured out why.

Now remember, this is a recoil operated shotgun manufactured in 1947. There shouldn't be a load of carbon in the action, and as such it isn't designed to be tolerant of it. :barf:

That's a nice looking scatter gun, those old shotguns are like classic Bel Air's in my eyes.

I agree on the quality photography. Very nice stuff Mr. Miso. But bad bad bad on the gunk.

That's how it came when I bought it. Ive probably run less than 40 rounds through the gun.
